Hockey has far more parity than any other North American sport. It's not even a debate. Pretty obvious actually when you consider the fact that it is a 20 man roster where 1 player can't dominate the game like in the NBA or where only one position matters like in the NFL and to a lesser extent the MLB (pitchers).
