spurs got lucky drafting a couple of HOF, nothing they did was special they just got lucky. Most coaches in the NBA have zero impact on success or failure

The only HoF players they drafted were Duncan and Robinson (and most of their success came long after Robinson's prime).

I guess Parker might make it too but that's only because NBA HoF is the easiest one out of all 4 leagues.
