The Portuguese league isn't very good outside the top three.

The top three are great but the other teams are really poor.

Benfica won 3-0 against Arouca this week with one man down in the second half. Arouca wasn't even close to doing a score.

The Portuguese League is not much better than the Dutch, Russian, Ukrainan, Turkish. They just have a good top 3 and that's it.

It all comes down to what you think defines the best league. Some teams in Portugal actually play close to nice football (better than the likes of Burnley) but >we poor so no big names outside the top 3 really. In France, all you get is niggerball, but better players so the football ends up being a little bit better
