I've made some tests with skill that requires 85 dribbling. And player actually can get +15 dribbling from proper chem style and do this move even if he have 70 base dribbling. And player with 90+ dribbling and bad chemistry can't do it. And player from sub gets some small amount of chem boost if your team chem is high and deboost if chem is low.
So it actually works exactly as it said on Futhead etc.

There was a glitch in WL where you could keep playing and accumulating coins, this inflated the market a lot.

Add on top of that every other week there are special SBC's where you end up having 100k packs and big players pulled those cards get bought and the coins are in the hands of someone who is playing legit and therefore the duped coins stay on the market.

Proof of them trying to fix it was the 4x otw SBC's the past week and the Rio Ferdinand SBC right before POTM (trying to get as many cards off the market as possible)

360k is a very conservative estimate imo. I'd say that on average you get about 40k per 100k pack, barring an amazing pull. It's extremely unlikely that you don't get a player worth 15k coins or more in your 2 weekly 100k packs and the SBCs usually make a couple other players worth 2k+ each.
