You can't have Raidniggers and 49ers in the same division. NFL already banned preseason games between the two teams because of the disgusting mexicans in both fan bases shooting at each other in the parking lots.

I think the best way would be to just get rid of all the divisions anyway. Have the teams ranked from best to worst in each conference then you play the 8 closest to your rank from each conference.

This way teams can't get 6 easy wins from shitty divisions.

But of course then the NFL wouldn't make money off of "divisional champ" so it will never happen.

NFL Div I and NFL Div II

16 teams each. Each team plays every other team in their Division once. Maybe you'll have to face the best team away, tough, deal with it.

This is obviously a relegation/promotion system, but with 2 tiers, and only 2 tiers. Top 2 in Div II auto promote, while the next 4 face off in a head-to-head to see which other 2 will be promoted as well, for a total of 4 promotions. Reverse for Div I (Bottom 2 Relegate, next 4 H2H playoff, loser relegate).

Top 8 of Div I make up the playoffs. Pretty simple to figure out that formula.

Draft would work like this. The 4 teams who got promoted pick first, going from best to worst (of the 4), followed by the worst of Div I and continues until the winner of the Div I Championship. Then the Div II picks, starting with the worst, and continuing until the only teams left are those who were relegated who then pick in best-to-worst order.

This annihilates these teams with an easy SoS getting a free pass to the playoffs, and keeps teams going against roughly equal caliber teams. The draft rewards winning, while maintaining a semblance of being fair. This is what the NFL should be, and that's indisputable.

Add a team back to St. Louis and you're good.

The only issue is the number of uneven divisions. So you need another possible 3 teams after that if you want to balance the conferences. Or combine the conferences and just have 11 divisions, Top 16 teams play in a playoff/tournament, which is decided by two brackets and seeding.
