Doesn't work like that though, and shouldn't.
Honours are given out by a committee organised into groups. Beckham as a sportsman doesn't deserve a knighthood as he did nothing noteworthy or remarkable and there are players who have achieved greater things.
As a philanthropist - he's been exposed as a a fraud who used UNICEF and co. simply to support a campaign for a knighthood and therefore isn't deserving of one.
