Thinking of becoming an NFL kicker. Once I reach my time limit for the combine (have to be a graduate from school for at least 3 years), I'm gonna try out for a nice, cushy free agent signing for a team like the Browns (go steelers nation, btw) so i don't have to do shit and make thousands.

there are 32 kicker jobs.
kickers kick until they are 35+ years old. So that's 3 or 4 open positions per year in the NFL.
there are 128 D1 football programs.
So assume 66 D1 kickers are eligible every year. You do the math.
That being said, I've seen worse odds. Believe in yourself, dedicate every waking moment, and anything is possible. You can do it.
