I know Mike Mularkey sucked at the Jaguars, but what coach has done well there in recent years? He did well with the Bills and was 1 game away from the playoffs his first season as a coach when they started 0-4 then turned it to 9-7, then he resigned because of some dispute with the GM not working with him or something like that.

Either way it seems that he hasn't had a whole lot of chances to succeed, but he was the OC of the year in 2011

I can just hope he does something with Mariota, hopefully with our talented offense he can do something because there's a lot of young talent, and his priority is protecting Mariota. So at least there's hope for next season
