First for 7-5 Texas record.
The BDO's annual venture to the dark side of the PDC starts today from Wolverhampton's Civic Hall with the Grand Slam of Darts. Last year saw a thrilling comeback from Michael van Gerwen against Phil Taylor in the final to secure what was the Green Machine's complete set of PDC major titles.
Following the official side of the sport's unmitigated disaster last year, where Martin Adams was their only representative to advance from the group stages and shithouse Dutch Harry Potter impersonator Mark Oosterhuis produced some of the worst darts ever televised, there has been a shake-up in their entry criteria with places now being allocated to their Order of Merit alongside its major winners. This means that for the first time we'll see their Number 1, Middlesbrough's Glen Durrant, Dutch youngster Danny Noppert, Canadian good guy Jeff Smith and Tipton's answer to Dave Chisnall in Jamie Hughes gracing the West Midlands stage. Also from the BDO are current Lakeside champ Scott Waites, 2015's winner Scott Mitchell, Stockport bottlejob Darryl Fitton and another glorious return of Wolfie.
For the PDC qualifiers, it's another case of "oh god who are these jobbing twats" as players that actually won events this year (Stephen Bunting and Josh Payne) weren't allowed to qualify for this tournament and instead have to sit at home watching nobodies including Dullster's Brendan Dolan and permanently enraged midget Darren fucking Webster shit their pants on stage yet again. These two beat Kim Huybrechts and Jelle Klaasen respectively which is sure to enrage everyone. Uncle Barry really needs to improve the qualifying criteria otherwise we're just going to have this for years to come: places given to undeserving floor jobbers over those that actually won things in the year.
Coverage starts at 1:00pm UK time on SS2 with the evening session from 7:30pm UK time on SS5.

I hope malik scott wins.
I hope Smith gets a title
I don't know anything about Mcdonnel or Solis.
I want Martin Murray to win a world title, but I don't think he can at 168.
thanks,
>>72494622
Agree with this, and Mcdonnel should win. Although I don't mind Hearn I'd love to see his face if Ortiz lost.
>>72494622
Ortiz is a good lad desu, want to see him get his title shot
>tfw you're a grown man and your dad is still stronger and more athletic than you
He won't stop going to the gym. You're 60 you shouldn't bench 315!!!
