That's not holding you accountable. That is not a sustainable diet.

It will not give you the nutrition you need to survive in a healthy way and it will not help you keep weight off.

Let me explain what the guy earlier is saying. The human body is built to keep itself safe and running smoothly. So if you don't give it enough nutrients, it goes into emergency mode, storing as much as possible, turning down your calorie consumption, and as he said, eating your muscles. It will take longer to lose weight using this diet than it would if you ate 1500-2k calories a day and exercised like a normal human being.

Stop being a lazy fuck and trying to shortcut the process. Exercise isn't that hard, and I say that as someone with chronic body pains and weak fucking muscles and joints.

Besides, in shape people are much more attractive than bags of skin and bone.

He means catabolize, and that will happen anyway the only way to stop losing muscle while dieting is to diet quickly so you can stop the calorie deficit. If you're enormous, this is cushioned by the fact that your significant weight loss compounds the reduction in your TDEE so you don't need to go as low as that to achieve any results, but the diet in OP is very far from starvation, which is a myth, and fat logic. 30 days is not enough time to lose any significant muscle. Your lifts probably wouldn't even go down.
