As far as quick fixes though, shave the stubble. I wouldn't consider growing a beard until you can at least grow a mustache. You'll look like a neckbeard otherwise. The other thing you can do is part your hair on the left instead of the right. It's one of those small details that people can't quite put their finger on until someone points it out, but generally parting hair on the left is more masculine. There are exceptions, but it's a good rule to follow
