Lift weights and hide it with muscles, that's the best you can do really.

You can't fix skeletal flaws without surgery, and usually it's not worth it.

You could look into physical therapy and force it into place.

All things considered I wouldn't worry about it hunny.

You look fine, no one would notice unless you pointed it out and told them, even then it's pretty hard to notice. Just go back to whatever else you were doing.
