I think your main problem is that your proportions are off because you're chubby. You're probably better off losing a few pounds. Not much, like 10lbs. NOT STARVATION! Start lifting and count calories. Take a few inches off your waist and hips and your breasts will be the perfect size in proportion to the rest of your figure.

Or you could just hit the gym and pay more attention to your diet. Proportionality and shape are more important than size when it comes to breasts. Your breasts have a lovely shape, it's just that your hips and waist are large in proportion.

Ultimately it's your body and you're the one who has to be satisfied with it, but it's best to only consider implants once all non-surgical methods of achieving the body you want have been exhausted.

As someone who got a boob job, I love my boobs now. I'm skinny and having boobs gave me a lot of confidence and made my dresses fit a lot better. I did it for me and am glad I did.
Are you overweight? If you're not, and you've dieted and exercised, why not try lipo on your flanks? You'll like the hourglass look and may not want the boob job after that.

I can't really recommend going vegan as a permanent way of life. It's extremely difficult to have a healthy vegan diet, both in terms of macro and micro nutrients. Most vegans look sickly for that very reason.

You really don't have to lose a lot of weight as such. You need to lose fat and build muscle. Your overall weight should not chance by that much (maybe a few pounds), but your shape will change drastically if you build muscle because muscle is significantly denser than fat.

Thanks. I'm of the mindset that if have the ability to responsibly boost your confidence to do it. People pay for expensive yoga / spin classes and equipment, hair, makeup, etc. Why not plastic surgery if it gives them confidence? Saved me tons of anguish when clothes shopping, and my fake boobs look and feel great. They're not anime huge (34D) but on my frame, they're round and soft but not droopy.
