As for age, I was going to guess between 28-32. Large gap because of the dark lighting.

hair is in an awkward state of length, I like long hair (no longer than collarbone though) on guys and short hair on girls (I'm a bi girl). So I would grow out the hair and keep it like shoulder length. Groom the eyebrows. Either clean shave or scruff, again not that weird in between- it makes you look kind of gray and drained. You're decently cute though, so I wouldn't worry too much.
