i don't think you're ugly, i would work on the beard abit and try to thicken it but if you can't just shave and lose weight. I used to be pretty overweight too but after losing 30 lbs I looked like a completely differrent person. I believe in you!

about 3 months over the summer. I took it about 2ish lbs a week. It seems slow at first but eventually you gain momentum and after 1 month and 10ish pounds melted off looks drastically differrent. The main thing is to count your calories and make sure you eat your amount everyday and dont' starve yourself, otherwise your metabolism will shut down and you won't lose weight. Also drink lots and lots of water, it keeps you from getting hungry, and also do some light cardio which helps burn your fat faster.

to make it fuller you could rub minoxodil into it twice a day and over the thinner spots. It makes hair grow in thicker and denser, it really works too
