Please give advice as well as rates. I don't fucking know what to do. My facial structure is complete trash. Long midface, weak jaw, no chin. Used to be able to grow a good beard but I can't any more...

said, trim the beard way down and get a haircut. I'm personally not a fan of fades, but do whatever you want, so long as it's shorter and easy to maintain.

No bully for me thanks, I just got back from a two month long backpacking trip and my facial hair isn't normally this pubic.

unless you're sticking out your jaw in that picture, the chin is fine. you don't have the no chin problem, and although having that jutted out chiseled masterpiece that other dudes possess is nice, it isn't really a deal breaker. Plus your eyes are a very unique color; if you can get your hair under control, people will be more drawn to them when they look at you as opposed to other places.

Same thing. Trim the top of your beard. You have a bunch of rough hairs at the top. If you trim down your beard line you will have one full beard. And again, get a haircut and trim your eyebrows and you're fine. Then it's on you... looks are a requirement/checkbox not a guarantee of women.
