Half is common space. Kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), game room etc. It's split evenly among all non-depandant persons living there, so if it's 4 that's $250 each, if 3 it's $333 and so on. Then the other half is split based on room size and quality. Biggest room is 400, other two basic rooms are 300 or master bed with attached bath is 450, the middle room is 300 and the windowless converted storage room is 250.
