Yeah I love running man. When I got out of the army (combat arms MOS at that) I was stressed as fuck all the time. Ironically something we use to do for PT back then helped me a lot and I just kept with it. Even ran a few charity marathons.

I was too anon. I got injured just before I got out so there was like a period of 6 months I couldn't do any exercise at all. Getting back into running started off as just a little thing and I made it habit from that point forward. I would say if you've tapered off from it going back to it might help. I've suffered from anxiety in the past myself so I understand where your coming from and I can tell you that the only way to beat it is to throw yourself headfirst into things that make you uncomfortable.
