I'm sure you're already going to a dermatologist, but if you aren't, do. I go to one. Ask them about accutane. It will clear your skin up amazingly. 70% success rate (as in completely clear). If you have to go on a second trial (like me), it will probably be your last. It's hell to go through but it's worth it. 4.5 currently.

The main problem with your nose isn't it's size or anything, but the coloration, a rhinoplasty isn't going to help a ton imo. Also, your face is a bit long, you might want experiment with hairstyles and possibly glasses and/or facial hair as to how you can counteract that. You aren't hideous at all though, and you have potential.
