Going out alone?
Is it considered weird to go out clubbing/movies/restaurants alone?
Please share your experiences if you have
I go to movies by myself. If I want to see a show and no one is interested or available I just go. No biggie.
I have as much fun going out by myself as I do with friends, when I'm out solo I can do whatever I like and not worry about friend's judgments or if I do something stupid, I tend to talk to far more people and make more friends because I'm approachable when I'm by myself.

>friend's judgments
If they're your friends they wouldn't judge you.
I go clubbing on my own quite often. It's easier to score desu. But to be fair when I'm alone I always pretend I'm from a different city otherwise the "where are your friends" question will inevitably be asked.

how old are you?
i guess this wouldn't work if you are young (like a student)
It sort of depends on where you are. I go out by myself alot and have no problems scoring, granted I live in a heavy tourist area and so especially this time of year the "im here for the weekend" line is pretty reasonable.
There's nothing wrong with doing anything by yourself. It just shows you're independent and can take initiative without needing others around you. Anyone who stigmatizes something so trivial is not worth your time, doing "social" things without companionship isn't a sign you have no friends and are a terrible person.
I go to stuff on my own all the time because sometimes I like the freedom.
