I actually had a lengthy goatee and mustache for most of the past year, but have had to cut it down to about that length due to working in fast food, it really bums me out. this pic isn't the best, but i hate cameras.

That facial hair is really bad you should 100% shave it. Tbh if you shaved your facial hair, got an undercut, and worked out daily you could totally be a 8/10 but right now you're not helping yourself at all. Also doing things you enjoy so you don't look depressed would totally help. You have all the ingredients to be really attractive but you need to start trying harder with grooming / clothing / and working out
