If you have a cage that fits, you simply can't get erect - there's no room, so you just kinda press against the cage. Doesn't hurt most of the time, it's just an issue if the cage is too small (crushing you even while flaccid) or too big (leaving space to get mostly erect).

Look at different ads/items, some have much shorter shipping than others. My most recent purchase had a quoted shipping time of 14-23 days to Sweden, and it arrived in 15 days.

It cost 12 US dollars and is 316 stainless ("medical/surgical steel") I think, since it's not magnetic, and has one of those neat integrated locks so I don't have to worry about a padlock.

The only unfortunate thing is that I bought two others in different designs/sizes (HTV2 clone and some other random metal cage) that also had integrated locks, and they all use identical keys. I gave all six (two per cage) to my mistress though.
