Where are you...

Smoking meth in a CircleK parking lot or fucking their boyfriends before their friends bands show tonight.
Any other questions?

Taking naps with my cat and hiding out at my house do to anxiety.
>>
>>25211347
A lot of us are trapped at home with our introvert stuff by social anxiety.
>>
>>25211466
>>25211367
Being trapped at home with social anxiety doesn't make you unique or interesting. It makes you boring and insecure. Take it from the dude who spent 2 years locked in a house, you need to get over it.
>>
>>25211466
this for sure
>>
>>25211475
I never claimed being a shutin made me unique or interesting

You didn't read the OP then.

What did he mean by this?

it isn't just "getting over it" you have to ease yourself into more social settings and undo years of learned antisocial behaviors, while at the same time not letting the inevitable negative experiences chase you back inside.
>>
>>25211562
Nah, you just need to run in head first and not look back. Regret is the crutch of someone who doesn't want to own up to their shortcomings. After years of crippling fear of rejection and acceptance, I literally ran out my front door and went and did things I wanted to and made friends along the way. You can't spell "easing into it" without "easi". DON'T BE EASI

this is totally true.

it also seems just as hard to find interesting guys. and its also totally true as >>25211475 said that there are shutins who are boring and insecure, but there are a lot of interesting shut ins as well. while being a shut in doesn't mean you are intrinsically interesting, a lot of interesting mindsets and interests lead to becoming a total recluse.

running in headfirst is way too much to handle ofr folks like me. I've been slowly improving myself over the past few years and I've made a lot of gains I think but I'm still a mostly friendless shutin. As long as the progress is steady, goals will be reached. The problem is when people go all in at once then have a bad experience and cant get over it and become hikikomori as a result.
>>
I will put $200 on a bet that OP has nothing to offer unique and interesting girls

You ask for a girl who considers herself "unique and interesting" and you'll get a girl with special snowflake syndrome.

Are you trying to seduce me?
>>25211783
>>25211791
I do get where you're coming from, but the correlation between the two seem to be pretty damning. Most shut ins I've met only have interests that involve escaping the real world. Realistically, taking pace is great and can help build you up mentally in the long run, but my issue with it is that you will never know what could have happened in the time between now and then. You're limiting yourself based on small chances that won't even effect the long run of your life.
Trust me, I was in that position for a long time, and it sucked trying to figure out what was right and wrong at first, but worse than that was sitting at home constantly fearful.
>>
We're around. I get the feeling that "unique and interesting" for you would be "quirky, hot, likes everyhing I like and immeasurably cute".

That's pretty fucking rare.
>>
>>25211475
If you lived in a house like mine, you wouldn't want to leave either.
>>
>>25211347
They're hanging out with unique and interesting guys, that's why you don't see them
>>
>>25212249
gotem

but for real, OP's post reeks of pretentious faggotry
>>
Prepare for the barrage of shitty snowflakes
inb4 "i have anxiety/depression"
inb4 "watching star wars and playing gaymes"
inb4 "reading -insert pretentious book here-"
etc.
