If u want constructive criticism I think u have cute hair but no eyebrows and ur jaw looks like it's doing an underbite thing which is vaguely creepy but both of those things are easily correctable so ur good

i personally find your looks pretty unremarkable, but not unattractive. your hair is really nice, and i'd maintain that cut or maybe even grow it long. overall, i'd say you may not be super appealing to everyone, but some will find you supremely attractive. when you get that vibe, run with it.
