I just use straight water and get hard before I start and try to stay hard the whole time. Staying hard and jerking off completely takes away bad sensations. Yes if you retain too much water too long you will feel faint (ion imbalance). This is dangerous, try to empty often. If you can't empty for some reason you can use a little bit of soap (simple bar soap lather) to irritate your inner first valve (lather up your fingers/dildo) and you'll empty super fast. It's not going into your blood directly, your colon has some delay with absorbing large quantities of water. So as long as you empty soon~ish it should be fine. If you feel faint or get a headache eat something salty and then something sweet.
