Anyone here have a cluster B disorder?

I display several key symptoms of BPD and HPD... my therapist hasn't decided on an official diagnosis yet, but agrees that I definitely seem to have some kind of cluster B something. I'd really be interested in talking to people who for sure have them to hear what the experience is supposed to feel like and also ideally gain some coping mechanisms. 25/F here.

Not necessarily, although it sometimes works like that. On the other hand, i do feel like i'm not as bad now as i was 5-7 years ago.
