First get a better haircut. Too shaggy looking. Get something clean cut looking.
Obviously get /fit/. Don't go in expecting to get massive but change your overall habits including going to gym regularly and doing developing a set workout schedule. Women LOVE strong men without exception. Lift heavy but smart with good form.
Eat stuff to make your skin look good. Raw almonds, spinach, low sugar high protein greek yogurt..
Also shave but may just be lighting. Use alcohol free sftershave. Basically just take good care of your skin everyone likes glowing skin.

Also be more confident, just fuckin talk to random women for no reason constantly. Also men.

No capri sun btw. And if you're holding something don't hold it like a girl.

And dress better. Not Armani type bullshit, just T shirts that fit snug, nice cotton dress pants...don't drop money for no reason just pay attention to how your cloths compliment your body.
