It's under the implication that you wash your hands every time. So... I guess... it's asking if this is true to the reasoning behind WHY you do it? I'll be honest, unless I haven't been able to shower for a day or so I don't wash my hands. Unless they somehow get dirty in the process, but I don't really go around pissing on my hand so.. not an issue.
