I'm a dude. At first I didin't belive on Tinder, so I was just screwing around.
I went to every matched girl and didn't even say hi, I just asked stupid questions like:

"Hey, you seem smart, can you help me? How can I know if a polar bear is and albino polar bear or not?"

"Is a coulie flower an albino broccoli?"

"Do penguins have knees?"

just google "mind fuck questions" if your are not that creative.

Some girls wer like "wtf, dude?", bud some gave really creative and funny answers... I ended up finding a way to filter the boring dumb girls from the smart funny ones.

When they asked what did I do for living I said stuff like "I'm a hear surgeon, skydiver, playboy and ninja..."

Ended up getting pretty nice girls that way, I'm met my current GF (3 year together now) by asking her the polar bear one.

Later invite the girls out, but most of them feel insecure about that, you might be a psycho or rapist. So try to meet them a public place, maybe some concert,, club or party you both will attend too. She takes her friends, you take your. They'll feel safer that way. Never insist on taking them to your place our shit like that on the first date, you may scare them out.

Is there any benefit to be had from resetting an account that's been active for a long time? I've had my account for months, and I have about 400 matches or something. Most of these are stale though. I remember when I first started using Tinder, I got a rush of matches at first, up to about 50 or 60 in the first couple of days. Then it reached a plateau, but I was getting quite a few every week, maybe 20. Since then it's slowed to a lot less than this. Maybe only 5 or less per week. Also it hardly takes any swipes to get to "there's nobody new around you" thing. Would it be worth resetting my account?

Lonely lives-at-home-with-the-folks anon here, working two jobs (soon to be three hopefully so I can move out) with odd schedules means I can't really meet new people all that often. Is it worth it to use Tinder trying to find a date?
