I rarely go out and I've no good reason to look tidy, it's funny that I prefer to look messy… I usually get a buzz right after my hair stops sticking up naturally, usually that takes around 3 months. I'd probably shave more than once every 4 days and get real haircuts instead of a bare buzz as per your advice if I wasn't so NEET.

Well for one don't part your hair in the middle, at least part it at the side. I would suggest growing the top while keeping the sides short and going for a normiecut (undercut). Overall though I think the glasses need to be changed the most.
