well you're ugly because you're fat, so you could be doing fitness better. In terms of just photo quality though, it shouldn't be so obvious you're posing for a selfie. Back off the camera a bit, maybe get a selfie stick if you have to. Try to get more contrast by having a light source on mainly one side of your face, it'll make your jawline look stronger. And go for a big smile with all your teeth out or a deadpan face, both the photos you got right now are kinda in smirk territory

1. Replace your main pic with a more flattering photo of yourself. Get a friend to take an actual photo of you. If you have no friends, at least use an angle/lighting that hides that it's a selfie.
2. Remove pics 2 and 4, they add nothing.
3. Replace pics 2 and 4 with shots of you doing some kind of activity/hobby (preferably outdoors) and a shot of you with friends/family, respectively. You are the only person in any of your pics and it makes you look asocial.
4.. Pic three is the only selfie you can keep since it's an animal shot, but if at all possible replace it with an actual photo of you & your dog/cats.
5. Fifth pic is fine assuming you've fixed the previous four.

Rule of thumb is you should avoid selfies as much as possible, and don't upload multiple shots that give the same information. You first picture always needs to be the best since 95% of tinder users aren't going to open your profile if they don't like your profile pic.

I got a plenty of matches by setting up a profile of chilled out, cheering and social dude. I deleted my tinder a couple months ago because it honestly seemed like too much work, for too little pay off.
I've went on 5 Tinder dates, and they all were crap (yeah I ended up fucking one for a bit, but she was a self-centered slut). The other 4 were a lot less appealing than their profile pictures implied, resulting in me losing interest. Of 40+ other girls that also talked to on there, a huge chunk just wanted attention/a solid conversation (which is an unrewarded effort).
The overwhelming majority of the women on Tinder (from my experience) have an unrealistic expectation of the men they can get with on there, and likely carry a unwanted degree of baggage with them.
Developing your social skills and meeting people in person is a far better dating method imo; it results in far better finds than from tinder. Even if you end up flirting with women who "have a boyfriend" in most cases it's a non-issue if you're not a pussy about it (I'm not saying you have good odds of winning her over, but the odds are far better than 0, which would be the case if you tried to meet her via tinder)

Alright generals, help me out here.

About 2 weeks ago I completely revamped my profile. I now have so many matches that I literally don't know what to do.

At the moment I have somewhere north of 100 matches that I have yet to contact. I stopped counting after 95.

This goes with the other problem I have, which is that I almost never get replies to my first message. I've tried sending unique messages based off stuff in their profiles, but I think it comes off as super cringey. I've honestly had better luck with just sending 'Hey, how's your [day of the week] going?'

Can anyone give me some advice on things to try out? I'd really like to get a hookup at soon.

A lot of girls just go on Tinder because bored/insecure, and don't actually want to meet anyone. So they don't respond to messages. My straight friends do it all the time.

Saying stuff based on their profile isn't cringey as long as it doesn't go overboard. It's better than the usual "Hi what's up".

Also, a tip that will probably sound stupid to you but that totally works on girls (or at least a lot of the ones I've seen), is to start a conversation with something like "poke poke" or "boop" and an emoji of some kind. That way you aren't really saying anything but still grabbing the person's attention in an unique way.

Like I said. It might sound dumb but it worked for most of my guy friends. Anyway, good luck my guy.

What does it mean if I message a girl asking how her week's going and she responds by asking me if I "wanna go splitsies on a baby"?

Does that mean she wants to skip straight to the fucking?

I was thinking of responding by saying "my place or yours?" Does that seem like a good plan?

She's basically saying that she wants to fuck, but that doesn't mean you should respond so abruptly. Say something like "sounds good, but are you ready for such a responsibility?" Then she'll respond with something silly, and then you should get her # to "set it up", whatever 'it' happens to be.

In the last thread I mentioned how I hadn't heard from a girl for a week. I sent her a stupid comment vaguely related to our conversation.

She replied "Hahaha".

I thought, well, she replied so she isn't completely disinterested. Fuck it. "Do you want to meet up next weekend".

What the fuck? If she is that keen to meet up why did she go so quiet for over a week?

But anyway, 'how's your day going?' is just setting girls up to say some annoyingly dead end response like 'good!'
'hey how are you, what are you up to today?' is a slightly better version of your standard opener. They'll say they're at work/school/something which leads to easy follow ups.
If that opener isn't working then you maybe should work on your photos more, I honestly don't get why girls are matching with you based on that pic you provided.

It's dumb because they're just gonna do the side eyes emoji back and then there's nowhere for the conversation to go. This is why I don't like starting on jokes, it's hard to shift the tone of the conversation to actually exchanging information or setting up a date

I feel like I know what this picture looks like already. You're posing in a line of your bros, maybe 4 or 5 of you, all touching each other's backs and doing corny feigned smiles. You're probably at a baseball game. You think it makes it look like you're a fun person who gets out and does things but it doesn't, it makes you look like a boring person who goes out twice a year and has to commemorate the event with a group picture.

If I'm completely off base then I apologize. But I feel like if you can tell who is the tallest person in a picture then the photo is not dynamic enough. You need someone in your group who takes semi candid photos of you looking cool. Or take selfies but act like it's not a selfie.

Don't know how dead this thread is but the pic on your left is precious. But the pic on the right shows your smile, which is fantastic. Someone that doesn't show their smile is usually a red flag at least for me
