similar story with me, used to get in trouble a lot but i got lucky, always lied my way out of people noticing the problem, usually just got detention or suspended.

They probably give you antipschotics which basically reduce/fuck with your dopamine. I suspect I am ASPD too but they tried to tell me I was bipolar. So I quit going to the damn therapy bullshit. I'm basically the same way as you, no empathy, just contempt and apathy. Are you also kind of a loner?
