For some super cheap relaxing/frustrating fun, you can always just find a decent diamond (the classic shape). I like messing with my deltas though. I really don't know. I started very young (around 11 as far as I can remember), and I've had some periods where I don't do it as much (or at all). But it's something I always go back to.

I've been in and out of therapy. I haven't gone since my grandmother died back in November. I go to this really shitty government clinic, so no one really notices if you just stop going. It was easier not to bother.
