STOP EATING SUGAR

I stopped eating sugar and my acne cleared up in like a month. Once it clears up you can still enjoy it from time to time but stop drinking soda, eating candy, etc.

A 5 minute visit to a dermatologist solved 20 years of acne. Go do it.

I dunno I dont have acne anymore except on my back sometimes (im 24). I guess it disappeared by itself when i was 21/22. Wash your face everyday especially if you tend to sweat

I have rosacea, so my skin is extra sensitive and I do get acne as well.
I stopped using soap on my face, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water 2-3 times a day and while my face is still wet, I take two to three drops of high-quality avocado oil and rub it on my face and neck. It's helped my skin to stop producing so much oil, calm down my flushing and actually moisturize my skin, which has made my pores look much smaller and stopped it from flaking from the rosacea.
The change was almost immediate for me where I could instantly feel my skin become smoother.

Not sure if anyone else wants to try, but if you do, make sure it's the good stuff. Organic, extra virgin cold pressed avocado oil. It should have a greenish color and will have a scent. If it doesn't work for you, you can still use it in cooking or for hair. 8 ounces should be around $14, which sounds like a lot, but it should last you a few months.
