Chin doesn't look tiny, but who can tell from a full frontal anyway. Jawline pretty well defined, and you're doing what is called "squinching", good stuff.
Squinching is a technique which basically involves pinching up your lower eyelids, but not quite the same as squinting. Overdo it, and you look blind, underdo it, no change. You have to find the balance.
If you want proof it works, ever notice how all male models look like they have tiny eyes?

Overall your facial structure is above average, but there are a few things to note.
Your eyes are ever so slightly close together, but that's not really noticeable. You're also a bit wide eyed and sad looking, so I think the technique I mention in >>24798289 would do you a whole load of good (+1 to +1.5 I'd say). Also, try to look happier. I'm not saying smile all the time, but at least try to look neutral, instead of an abandoned puppy.
Your nose looks a little flat, but that's not really a bad thing, just unique to you.
Lastly, I'd say shave. Maybe in your age group everyone still only has the beginnings of scruff, but if you're older than 19, get rid of it because it'll only be an embarrassment.

Good eyes/brows and the beard is at least full. Try to trim the lower parts so it isn't so neck heavy.
Cheekbones are average (for your ethnicity) and nose quite flat/wide looking, but hard to tell

Eyes a little close together, face slightly lopsided. Look at the line you'd have to draw from the bottom of your chin to the tip of your nose, then to the middle of your eyebrows.
