You're definitely attractive, you just need to show more confidence; open your eyes more, smile, and show some more expression.

Another thing is learn to take better selfies, angling the camera a bit higher and/or closer to your face is pretty common but it differs from person to person, and also depending on what kind of look you want. Until you get the hang of it, just take a ton of pictures in succession, and just filter out the bad ones.

I think you're a solid 7/10, but can be upped to 9 or 10 if you just express yourself with confidence.
