I've heard that it is frowned upon to visit a nude beach as a single man. I know that is what's keeping me from trying it to be honest. There might be groups of young folks around that you could go with. You should look around online a bit to see if there is something like that for that particular beach.
I've read stories of people being told to leave etc or because everyone at the beach assumed that the bloke was just a voyeur. It's a sensitive topic I find.

South Beach is always crazy. I recommend heading out to Biscayne key if you're interested in less of a crowd.

Only been to Scarlett's. Can't speak on the others but I would recommend that one.

I've always really really wanted to go to a nude beach, but I know that it's weird as a single guy and I've got nobody to go with. I'd never do it with one of my guy friends and I'm pretty damn sure none of my female friends would ever speak to me again if I suggested it.

Come to think of it I must be weird. I could never be naked around other guys that I know (strangers is OK, I've been to Onsen in Japan), but I have pretty much zero problem being naked around platonic female friends, especially if they're naked too.

As a single man I have visited nude beaches in the UK, Spain and France. May get the odd disapproving look in UK, but never had the slightest problem in France or Spain. Just don't be one of the creepy guys who lays his towel down inappropriately close to a woman and stares thirstily at her for the rest of the day!

Yeah I feel the same way. It's one of those things that I don't feel comfortable asking friends to partake in. I would feel more comfortable with a new acquaintance (male or female) that I know is already open to the idea if that makes sense. I'd probably be more comfortable with a girl but I'm all about new experiences so I'd be open to anyone.
