really depends on the guy. personally like a younger face but there's an attractiveness within that. some people don't fit a younger face and others make it work

No baby face is the same.
If your baby face simply makes you look younger than you are - not a problem-o. But if you will forever look 12, I'd fear that my mother instincts would take the better of me and I wouldn't be able to see you in a sexual way.

the cheeks themselves are fat but the person doesn't have to be overall. I've got a lot of baby fat left in my cheeks but am skinny everywhere else.
