yes it's hard being around people that young. Im in management in retail and the kids that work under me are so useless. even some of them that are close in age are still like kids just because of how much there parents baby them. you can definitely tell the difference between the people who are there because they have to pay bills verses the ones who are only working to have beer money on the weekends. women over 40 kind of suck to work with too actually, they just talk a lot and don't get much done. also they try to mother everyone.
