So basically, I was at my job, which is 4/5 female employees.

We go on lunch break, to which they start talking about their husbands and grandfathers.

Sadly, one of the 80 year old dipshits has to bring up that her dad was a "sexist(?)". She even had to ask people if that was the correct word.

She talked about how her Dad never helped out around the housework. Her Dad believed it was "Women's Work".

11.2 percent of all current world leaders (as of january 2015) are women. there are enough of them to fill a small classroom. my country has never had a female leader. according to the UN, 17 percent of government ministers were women, with a majority focusing on social sectors. at least that makes the 22.8 percent participation by females in global parliaments look good by comparison. you can discuss all day why this disparity is present but you can't deny it; globally, men have the overwhelming majority of political and military power.
