For the past three weeks I've been slowly working out more and more. Lots of protein shakes, eggs, and meat help.
Making gains takes time you need to be patient.

Eating is the secret, don't worry about cardio. Train hard and eat heaps.
protein: 1.5-2g per kg of bodyweight
carbs: 200-400 carbs
fat: 80g+
I'm a big believer in carbs and I personally believe it's what gave me this in a year!
