I dont know if its a look issue or a personality issue.

you've got an easy 30 pounds to lose

1,300 calories a day for 14 days
then you can kick it up to 1,700

you'll be down quite a bit in no time.

Then add light cardio (biking 5-10 miles a day takes about 30 minutes) and burns give or take 200 calories
