Hope I don't sound harsh but chiseled face are in right now, masculine look and shits. A beard can hide the round chin and cover up your slight overbite. Make sure to have it well trimmed to create the illusion of strong jaws, I.e. contouring. That would also highlight the rest //the better looking half of your face.
Smile more, your expression gives away your insecurity that shouldn't exist. You look fine and can be improved.
