Looks to me like a cold sore. It's type 1 herpes. It's harmless and almost everyone is a carrier, it just flares up occasionally, mostly in your late teens. After about 21 you can go years between them cropping up.

Cold sores normally show up outside the mouth. Because of the placement and what it looks like I think we should assume it's a canker sore not a cold sore. I swear I'm not talking out my ass my partner gets at least 3 cold sores a year.

It's USUALLY outside the mouth. Using that information and OPs pic we can make an educated guess that it is a canker sore. I'm pretty sure OP took our word for it fucking yesterday but I'll argue for fun.

I know this is going to sound very difficult for you, but try to refrain from putting penis in your mouth for just a couple of days and it should go away
