I find natural light best. Find the source of the light and face it. Avoid lighting directly overhead. It casts shadows. If using indoor lights, stick to 5000k instead of 2700k. 2700k is gives a yellowish color.

I thought it looked better but turned out I was tilting my head up in most pictures.

I think both my lower jaw and upper jaw (the maxilla) are retruded, which causes nasolabial folds and the lines under the eyes, as well as makes my nose stick out more. Also it looks even more retarded from the side when I smile or open my mouth.

I had braces when I was young - and from grade 6-11 my teeth were awesome.

I hit my face on a car when I was biking and it messed up something, I really don't have insurance or money to fix what happened but now I have really messed up teeth and its my biggest insecurity.

My insecurities are my love handles, I work out but just can't get rid of them. But that's not what bothers me the most about myself, it's my quietness that frustrates me. I wouldn't really say I'm shy, but I have trouble talking to people.

I'm insecure about a lot of things, but in terms of physical appearance, I'd say: weight (though I've made some progress losing weight, I still have a long way to go), my height, my nose, my teeth (I have a small gap between my two front teeth), and I have a slight lazy eye.
