How to really capitalize on the party scene?
I wanna gain as much social rep/proof as I can, there's this one place that always throws down at least once per weekend, a good amount of the time twice, and I know the guys that run it so I can always basically just walk in
One of the guys that frequents it wants me to help him found a fraternity, and I've told the guys that run the place that I'll bring some bottles of vodka next time for shots for everyone, already brought beer before
The girls that frequent the place are starting to recognize me and be friendlier with me than if I just went to some random party, never had any problems with anyone there, never started any shit, people generally like me, etc
I remember reading somewhere a long time ago about some guy who was able to walk into a party(s) and have 5 girls go "ANOOOOON" and get a bunch of random hugs and the guys would fist bump him and hooking up was basically guaranteed with 0 effort
How do I really ramp it up and get to that level?

Don't "found a fraternity." Show up to spring rush after winter break, don't be a fuckin weirdo, talk to people, make connections. If you are lucky enough to get a bid and pledge don't fuck that up either and know your place.
If you can do that you will gain the "social rep" that you are talking about through socials that the fraternity hosts.
