Okay, so i'm somehow, somewhat in a toxic relationship. Long distance relationship, in fact. I don't know why, i'm somehow chained to her, even though she doesn't give a flying fuck about me, and vice versa, but somehow i can't just tell her "it's over" in fear of her backlashing at me and making me feel guilty.
The thing about me, is that i am kinda clingy, and i need someone to focus my attention to, or otherwise i feel bad.
Anybody relating to my problem? How do You cope?

Yes, kind of. I love my boyfriend very much, but i won't hear from him for a few weeks at a time. that's hard for me because, like you, i need someone to focus my attention on. we're in a semi-open relationship though so at least i can talk to other people and be affectionate with someone
