People are dirtbags, don't mind it. But yeah maybe shave, and maybe try a diff haircut. Hard to tell what'd work on you tho. Impression I get is that your hair is unruly but not heavy, could be nice to have it short on sides and long on top, either that or perhaps really short. But hard to tell how that'd look, it just doesn't suit certain head/face shapes.

Hmm yeah I'd say shorter hair looks better on you. Maybe actually get a barber/hairdresser to make it real short and neat on the sides, fade up to the top. Bit of gel, make it messy up top. I'd say keep the beard off too.
