Why wouldn't you go to fit?

I used to be around 300lbs (280sumthin' at my max) when I was only like 16.

Now I'm 23. ~200lbs (maybe less, haven't weighed myself in a good while). More muscle than fat; but I've still got chub in places.

I still think of myself as "the fat kid" no matter what.. But it's still worth it, anyone that reads this. I couldn't imagine my life if I were still so fat.. No matter what, there is time to turn it around, and it's worth it.

I lost it all by biking, running, lifting, eating less, and cutting out lots of sugar and fat (but I never fully dieted, I love cooking and eating, so I still go nuts sometimes).
