Best advice? Try growing out your hair, let some of it rest on your forehead. Should give your face a more broad look as you already have decent cheekbones. Beard might help, but it depends on its growth and thickness. Fix your skin as well, it looks very bad. Other than that, there isn't much to do. Rhinoplasty can make your nose less bulbous.

Also, drive down your bodyfat. Face should look lean, but you look a bit bloated. Diet could be at fault, but I wouldn't enough to comment on that.

Used to be fat, still kind of am, but if I stand up totally straight, I look just a little chubby.
Also I've been lifting to build my biceps and shoulders, but still not very strong yet.
Probably chubby build. Only prob is that since I lost a lot of weight really quickly i have some stretch marks on my shoulder and stomach.
